The construction of the Courchesne Larose project was carried out in two major phases, with a total of more than 174,000 ft2. of facilities and an impressive 154,000 ft2. warehouse. One of the particularities of this large-scale project is its warehouse containing 17 storage rooms, 33 rooms for fruit ripening, an area reserved for packaging and another for processing.
Our team is proud to have contributed to the implementation of a state-of-the-art refrigeration system. It is 700 tons of refrigeration that are generated by an ammonia/CO2 cooling system and transferred by plates to 425 tons of CO2 in the warehouse. We are also proud of the 2 impressive mechanical rooms with a total area of 80x44x28 ft2.
Although the Courchesne Larose Project warehouse is considerable, its office space is equally significant. Our team built beautiful office spaces that offer a 47′ X 22′ window onto the warehouse, providing height, space and visibility to create an inspiring work environment.
