A family business since 1957<\/h1>\n

The young couple, Antonio and Maria Grazia Di Lillo, arrived from Italy by boat 2 years apart. They settled in Montreal. Wishing to get involved in the community and to contribute to the local development, they created their company Di Lillo Construction Ltd. in 1957 and realized their very first construction project.<\/p>\n

Mr. Di Lillo began his career as a general contractor in the residential sector. Several years of hard work broadened his field of expertise, directing Di Lillo Construction towards a new vocation; industrial, commercial and institutional construction. In the following decades, three generations of Di Lillos have been involved in the family business.<\/p>\n

For over 65 years, Di Lillo Construction has been involved in the construction and renovation of residential, commercial and industrial buildings.<\/h2>\n

Over the years, we have acquired a solid expertise in the industrial sector as well as in the leasing and management of large-scale spaces. We possess a substantial portfolio of industrial properties that we lease to various types of businesses.<\/p>\n

Di Lillo Construction offers turnkey projects in renovations\/conversions, as well as in new constructions. All our projects are implemented by our team of experts who execute them with passion. We approach each project in its own way while respecting deadlines.
